We are a research group led by Prof. Anton Persson at the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience, Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. At the boundary of Electrical Engineering, Physics and Materials Science, we explore nanoscale transistors to enable faster, more energy-efficient and scalable electronics.
